She uses various foundational tools and success strategies to motivate new licensees to reach their full potential and achieve work/life balance. Ramelia credits coaching and accountability for her success as a real estate agent, and she desires to give that back to the real estate community. She is a licensed Broker/Owner in the state of Illinois.
